Behind The Scenes

Welcome to the BTS of my crocheted bags! Each item begins with a careful selection of yarn made from 100% recycled materials, so you can feel good about your purchase! It’s like giving a second life to textile waste, repurposing them into something cute and functional.

Each bag takes anywhere from 3 to 4 hours to crochet, involving over 600 stitches on average. It’s a labor of love that requires countless hours of trial and error as I figure out a new design and sometimes a few tears when things don’t go as planned. My hands and wrists get quite the workout, but every pause to stretch is worth it when I see the final product.

I love being able to transform yarn into a functional, sustainable, and versatile accessory. My hope is that your by ellebee bag can be your go-to accessory whether you're running errands or enjoying a night out with the girlypops.
