Shipping

I take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely to your doorstep. Therefore, please allow up to 5 business days from ordering for items to be shipped.

Please note that the shipping time at checkout is the duration for delivery after the item has been shipped.

Returns

I take great pride in crafting each item with care, and my hope is that you fall in love with your by ellebee item! However, if you are not completely satisfied, please initiate a return by completing the form on the "Contact" page within 7 days of delivery.

The following information must be included in the return request:

• Order number
• Reason for return

Returned items must be unused and include all tags, parts, and accessories. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are one of one creations. Please note that return shipping labels are not provided and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Once I receive the returned item, please allow up to 7-10 business days for it to be processed. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. 

Returns are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
